After a massive online campaign to get her on TV, executive producer Lorne Michaels has announced that Betty White will host Saturday Night Live on May 8!
The episode will also feature a slew of returning female cast members as well! Whoever said that you can’t accomplish something after working hard. White will make her SNL debut at the age of 88.

As a part of that Facebook campaign, I’m THRILLED the always hilarious Betty will finally be hosting. Not only that, but I’m SO excited about the reunion of all my favorite female cast members. Can’t wait to see what the crazy Molly Shannon will do!
I think the show could be legendary! SNL has been missing a group of consistent female players for a few years now and that show could hopefully reinvigorate Lorne Michaels into hiring some additional women!
