11-year-old Jaden Smith made a huge name for himself this weekend after his film, The Karate Kid, cleaned up and took top honors at the box office. It exceeded all predictions for its gross and looks to only build upon the good word-of-mouth.
The A-Team fell short of expectations, but still managed to bring in more than $25 million.

We say Shrek Forever After this weekend, and I enjoyed it far more than Shrek #3 (which I didn’t really care for). I’d say Shrek #4 is just as good as Shrek #2.
Prince of Persia, we saw last weekend, and while I thought it was okay and my son loved it, my Dad didn’t enjoy it at all and thought it was pretty poorly done. I think Prince of Persia made a pretty good kids movie.
